Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing or using any product from Criminality ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase.

2. Licence

A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for the duration you paid for. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or share your licence key. Sharing a key voids it without refund.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to purchase.

4. Nature of the product

Our products modify the behaviour of third-party games. Using them will, in most cases, breach the terms of service of those games. The consequences of that — including permanent account suspension or hardware bans — are yours alone. We make no guarantee that any product is or will remain undetected.

5. Availability

Games update frequently. Products may be taken offline for maintenance without notice. Current state for every product is published on our Status page. Extended downtime is handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use our products to harass other players, to gain commercial advantage, or in any way that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
